What happened was our client down in Singapore bought the contract at a higher price while the settlement price was much more lower than his buying price. Of course, as a client, won't be happy that he's buying at a very premium price. Plus, as Singaporean too, definitely wanna squeeze the Malaysian to reject the order.
That's how the issue started and our manager is calling each other to ask for a solution. Somehow is human nature, everyone trying to push the ball away, just because they don't want to take more responsibilities.
Anyway, the mini war is not that severe yet, but we still need a solution. And here we are sitting in the office together, waiting for a solution.
