Am I dreaming nowadays or my time management is really that bad? I'm heading down south next Monday for a couple of days and now realized that I have too many things to organize and yet I've not done any preparation. I'm procrastinating, I think. Anyway, will think about it when Friday comes.
I'm glad that Jinnie porridge turned out to be ok today. Unlike Jinnie green tea ice-cream which was a failure! Realized that with the same raw materials but manufactured in different location or using different cooking utentils will produce different end products. Things just couldn't duplicate exactly the same!
I think I'm missing having my own kitchen cooking all my favourite food. Think this is what I need- my own kitchen! However, I might be bored or sick if I need to cook everyday. That's human nature I suppose. The grass is always green on the other side of the world and we always wish what we don't have and don't appreciate what we have until we've lost it. Yes, I'm talking about myself, I missed my own kitchen and being the chef of the house!
